About Louise
A qualified Further Education teacher, assessor, IQA and an experienced trainer, Louise has worked in education and learning for over fifteem years. Prior to that Louise worked in developing and managing teams within retail management.
After leaving university, Louise learned her passion lay with helping and developing people. Louise was partly able to do this in her roles within retail management however, she soon became focused to do this independently and work with businesses and individuals to achieve their full potential.
Louise qualified as a teacher at the same time as establishing a government funded training provider. During this time Louise worked with local employers placing apprentices into new roles and providing quality training programmes to fit both the requirements of the business and the development needs of the apprentices for a wide range of industries. Louise also worked with global organisations delivering tailored leadership and management training to team leaders, first line and senior managers.
Nine years on, Louise now tailors her training and development programmes to suit the more specific needs of businesses and people. The creation of LHG Training has enabled her to do this and Louise works closely with her partners to ensure they achieve the best outcome for their business and their team.
Since its formation in 2016, LHG Training has provided consultancy and business support to organisations within the education sector, leadership and management training to a range of sectors including the motor industry, education sector and manufacturing and logistics. Louise is actively involved in external quality assurance roles, school governance and CPD development.
Louise specialises in delivering bespoke leadership and management training that can be offered as staff development workshops, ILM qualifications and open courses around the East Midlands. Additionally LHG Training offers qualifications for the education sector including training and assessment, delivering training and education and training qualifications as well as developing best practice workshops.
Whilst developing individuals to meet their full potential is the core focus, Louise also supports businesses with consultancy services. Working in collaboration to implement robust quality systems is part of the unique service offer from LHG Training.
Louise currently works with FE colleges, public, private and voluntary sectors.
