ILM Leadership & Management Training
ILM Leadership & Management qualifications are a valuable way to equip leaders and managers at any level with the skills they need to succeed. Our qualifications are delivered via workshops allowing delegates to explore the areas of leadership and management relevant to their development and tailored to the needs of their organisation.

Our training on conflict management and difficult conversations can help you to understand the causes and effect of conflict, techniques to minimise conflict and effective conflict resolution.

ILM Qualifications are available from levels 2 to 5. Delegates can enrol on either an Award, Certificate or Diploma depending on their individual needs and role requirements. Level 2 programmes are ideally suited to team leaders, level 3 to first line managers and level 5 to middle/senior managers.
